Noreen S. Dreyer concentrates her practice within the scope of representing clients on zoning and land use matters. She was board certified by The Florida Bar as a city, county and local government law specialist from 1996 - 2021. Noreen has represented large and small developers and landowners, assisting on a wide variety of legal matters from obtaining approvals for development projects to crafting comprehensive plan amendments and annexations.
